Its low throuhput architecture enables long-range communication across hundred of square kilometers, while supporting high-density networks capable of connecting hundreds or thousands of devices simultaneously. With exceptional resistance to interference and a minimal electromagnetic footprint, Owley ensures continuous coordination, persistent awareness, and operational dominance.
Because of its stealth and frugality, Owley is ideally suited for Grey Zone communications — sustaining command and control, intelligence, and coordination in hybrid, covert, or denied-spectrum environments where discretion equals survival.
Battlefield Monitoring
Owley enables persistent, low-signature area monitoring through distributed, unattended sensors and long-range tactical links. Deployed as an autonomous sensor network, these devices form an electronic perimeter capable of continuous detection and classification (acoustic, vibration, motion, …) across extended or denied areas. Those sensors are provided by Owley’s partners.
The system provides very long range coverage with minimal electromagnetic footprint, preserving stealth while maintaining connectivity. Sensors can be left in place to monitor an area for months; data is relayed securely to mobile or fixed command posts, ensuring commanders retain situational awareness without exposing friendly forces to detection. The architecture is deliberately resistant to jamming and interception, making it well suited to covert area monitoring and contested environments.
Combat Search And Rescue
Owley delivers GNSS-independent geolocation for search and rescue, enabling precise indoor and outdoor localisation when satellite signals are unavailable or denied. The system operates either as a standalone SAR capability or synergistically within the tactical bubble.
This approach supports deep indoor searches, subterranean or structure-filled environments, and dense urban canyons — scenarios where conventional positioning fails. Rapid deployment, compact trackers, and robust receptors ensure teams can locate and recover personnel or assets quickly, improving survivability and shortening rescue timelines.
